Where are the essential oils imported from?
Our essential oils are imported from Australia, all are certified organic and natural.
What is the return policy?
We only offer return to defect / malpackaged items. Should you choose to return a product within 30 days of the purchase date, we will happily refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Please note that your original receipt/invoice must be included. If you wish to make a return, please include the following information and contact us via email@example.com : whether you want a return or a replacement, the reason for the return, your contact number, a description of the item you are returning and its price.
What is the shipping policy?
At the moment we only process shipping within Hong Kong. Products will be shipped within 7 days of purchase. We provide free shipping for orders over HK$500.
How do I apply the products?

When will you go on sale?
Unfortunately, our products do not go on sale. We would like to offer best products to our customers at a reasonable price. However, we do offer seasonal gift sets. So please make a purchase when you see fit.
